The Kander® Story
When Pallavi, our Founder and CEO, graduated from college in 2005, she didn’t know where her career would lead, but she knew she wanted to build something meaningful.
Her first role was as a software tester, a job she stepped into without even knowing what software really was. It became the beginning of a long journey through consulting, technology, and a deep understanding of how organizations work.
Over the next several years, Pallavi supported federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies on complex, global technology projects.
Her work at firms like Accenture and Deloitte exposed her to a recurring pattern: clients were buying powerful tools, but not getting the clarity, transparency, or partnership they needed to make real use of them.
Projects were bloated. Communication was unclear. Teams were left with systems they didn’t fully understand.
She knew there had to be a better way.
In 2018, encouraged by her father’s reminder — “What about now?” — and her mentor’s belief that she had nothing to lose, Pallavi founded Kander® Consult, a Salesforce consulting partner.
The name comes from candor, the quality of being open, honest, and direct, values that would become the backbone of the company.
Her vision was straightforward: to build a Salesforce consulting firm led by senior experts who listen first, speak plainly, and deliver solutions that genuinely fit the organizations they serve.
