Kander World Tour 2022 Recap - A Celebration of Family and Community

What an honor it has been to have the opportunity to meet and mingle with so many of you. As the year and Salesforce community events wind down, we want to take this opportunity to reflect on what a fun and rewarding adventure the Kander World Tour 2022 has been. Here are some highlights from this year’s adventures.

News and Innovations

As in previous years, this year’s Dreamforce was filled with new releases and exciting innovations.  Salesforce introduced Salesforce Genie, a new data platform that helps companies transform customer data into real-time personalized insights. The platform adapts to changing customer insights, allowing for seamless integration of digital and real-world interactions to provide a more personalized customer experience.

Slack also introduced innovative ways to boost team productivity with Slack Canvas, huddles, and a new developer platform.

Milestones Celebrations

This year we didn’t only get to celebrate the resurgence of in-person events, but we celebrated Kander’s 4th anniversary. We’ve learned so much on this journey and have come so far since our very first Dreamforce. Speaking of Dreamforce, the legendary conference celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, an incredible milestone, and it gets better every year.

Culture and Community

This year, connecting with different cultures from around the Salesforce Community was an incredible experience.

We were honored to participate in the inaugural Dreamin’ In Color Conference. A space to help elevate and amplify Black Salesforce professionals and educate those who may not be aware of the importance of going beyond talking about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

We attended Dreamin events with live music, great food, and informative and engaging sessions. Our team spoke alongside some of the most talented individuals in this community, but most of all, we learned, laughed, danced, connected,  and were in community, which matters most.

U.S. STOPS

We kicked off the Kander World Tour in January in Phoenix, AZ, at Cactusforce 2022. This event brings together developers and architects from across the ecosystem to learn and network. From there, we attended:

What’s Next? 

This year we’ve doubled down on the importance of designing with intent and why design matters. We look forward to sharing more of this knowledge with the community.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of this community. We look forward to more meaningful experiences that inspire and drive us as we continue growing and connecting as a community.
