Kander is Honored at Inc 5000 Gala as a Top 25% Fastest Growing Businesses in 2023

Kander, a minority and woman-founded Salesforce global consulting firm, is honored by Inc 5000 for top 25% Fastest Growing Businesses in 2023.

Fresh off of being included in the top 25% of  Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Businesses of 2023, Kander CEO and Founder Pallavi Agarwal proudly received the prestigious recognition at the Inc 5000 Conference and Gala in San Antonio, Texas. This prestigious list offers an exclusive insight into some most thriving businesses within the most dynamic and constantly evolving section of the U.S. economy. The companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list have not only been successful, but have also displayed growth over 200% over the past fiscal year.

“I'm still in awe, and honestly, we're just starting out in our journey for building a company for our global clients, and to already land in the top 25% of this prestigious list among these amazing companies is incredible,” shares Pallavi, as she reflects back on her journey founding Kander in 2018 and recently receiving the prestigious Salesforce Golden Hoodie for building a customer first company at the DC World Tour keynote earlier this year.

The Inc 5000 Conference and Gala not only brings together global leaders from thriving companies for continuous learning opportunities for leading high-performing teams, but also hosts sessions for driving innovation, growth, and profitability. The conference included esteemed speakers such as Deepak Chopra, Jennifer Garner, Terry Crews, and other entrepreneurs sharing the importance of mental wellness, team leadership, and concrete strategies for driving organizational excellence.

In the spirit of sharing knowledge and reflecting back on the best advice that she ever received as an entrepreneur looking to start her own business, Pallavi clearly states, “What do you have to lose? Money? Time? Money can come and go and with time, you're always learning something through an experience.”

Pallavi has mentored many women and rising leaders in the Salesforce ecosystem and prides herself on helping business leaders address their business challenges, while implementing technology and processes to help them better serve their clients to scale. Her advice to growing businesses looking to plan for the challenges and opportunities in store for 2024? “The roadmap you put out from day one is not really what it's going to be,” notes Pallavi, “[And] your company is going to morph on its own and have its own life, and you're kind of going to need to ride that wave and figure it out.”

From Fortune 500 clients to non-profits and start-ups, our senior technical experts and business leaders have implemented systems and solved problems at every scale, which is a large part of our continued business growth and industry recognition.
