About the Client

Fika is a global NGO that builds trail bridges and partners with governments to expand access to safe, reliable rural transport in Rwanda and Uganda. The organization helps connect isolated communities to education, healthcare, markets, and economic opportunity. The Challenge

Fika’s Salesforce team had to manage 13+ key data set sources from 6 different business units, which yielded a 10% disparity in consistent and mission-critical data.
